Mindfulness with Nav

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a form of training that encourages individuals to live in the present moment, steering clear of distractions from both the past and the future. This practice has gained popularity as a means to cultivate awareness and focus, enabling people to engage more fully with their experiences.

What does it help with?

Extensive scientific research indicates that mindfulness is effective in addressing a variety of issues, including:

  • Stress

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Insomnia

  • Depression

  • and many other common issues.

Additionally, mindfulness fosters greater creativity, compassion and enhances relationships with others.

How do we train?

Training involves employing breathing techniques to calm the mind and increase awareness of our senses, which aids in maintaining focus on the present moment.

What’s the best way to train?

The most effective training occurs in small, friendly groups led by an experienced instructor.
