Navin joined the practice in the summer of 2003, qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in London, now known as the University College of Osteopaths.

Having been involved with amateur and professional football clubs he has always had an interest in treating sporting injuries using a combination of Traditional Osteopathy and Medical Acupuncture.

In 2015 he qualified as a Mindfulness teacher and found that it complemented his work as an osteopath very well. The causes of chronic pain can often go deeper than just the physical level.

“Mindfulness breathing techniques and Cranial Osteopathy can help patients to manage their long term pain and sometimes resolve it.”

As a result of this course I have a special interest in treating jaw and tempero-mandibular joint(TMJ) problems.
